This website has been set up primarily as a means for communicating current information about class activities and members.

A "Highlights Revisited" newsletter is available on this website and will be updated every four months. Just click on the Newsletter option on the menu to your left. We welcome any current news items about yourself or other classmates, along with your your rememberances of our years at Gables. Send them to newsletter@gables56.com, so they can be included in a future edition.

Some current personal information (phone numbers and email addresses) is not on the website (as a privacy matter) but may be available upon request. Send your request to webmaster@gables56.com. Please let us know if you do not want others to have any or all of your personal information. Also, please keep us posted on changes in your home address, phone number, email address, etc.

We are looking for photos and other memorabilia from our days at Gables, as well as recent photos of yourself and other classmates. If you would be willing to share them, please E-mail them to us in JPEG format, and identify anyone in the photo. The E-mail address is: webmaster@gables56.com

We have included a list of classmates known to be deceased and those we have not been able to locate. Please provide us with any information about other deceased classmates or information on our “lost” classmates.

The 50th Reunion Booklet ($20) and both the retrospective DVD and the DVD of the reunion itself are still available. Summary DVDs (1 hour and 20 minutes) are $20 and unedited DVDs of the entire Reunion (a set of 5 DVDs) are $40. A limited number are still available. The 55th reunion was held June 16-18 at the Westin Colonnade Hotel in the heart of Coral Gables. The classes of 1955, 1956 and 1957 were in attendance. For further information click on Reunions on the left menu. There will be a DVD and book to follow. The order form is on the Reunions page.
