The Cavalier Lunch Bunch is comprised of Gables grads from several graduation years, and holds monthly gatherings at various Florida locales. They are informal with different people taking responsibility for making arrangements with the restaurants. The locations are chosen from the Central Florida area.

The original group of four has grown to hundreds. Most months there will be 60-65 in attendance.

The following eight menu options will be available for $10/per person (including beverage) as follows: Iced Tea, Coffee, or any soft drink, plus tax & gratuity.

   1. Caribbean salad: Chicken breast, marinated with Jamaican seasoning and fresh fruit. Served on mixed greens with poppy seed dressing.

   2. Spaghetti with meatballs or Italian sausage.

   3. Soup and sandwich combo: Chicken BLT: Grilled chicken breast with lettuce, tomato, bacon and mayonnaise on hero.

   4. Baked Stuffed Shells: With ricotta, mozzarella and out smooth tomato sauce.

   5. Chicken Lacco: Roasted chicken sauteed with fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, pea pods and basil tossed with olive oil and homemade linguini.

   6. Italian Jambalaya: chicken, shrimp and sausage sauteed with peppers, onions and celery in Creole sauce over yellow rice.

   7. Sirloin Burger: 1/2 lb USDA Choice sirloin burger with your choice of two toppings, lettuce, tomato onions, pickles and French fries.

   8. Baked Ziti with meat sauce.

   Add soup or salad to any entree for $1.50.

DIRECTIONS: From North - Exit I-75 at SR200, east to 441, then south to address.

                        From South - Exit I-75 at CR484 (west Belleview) continue east to Belleview. Turn left on 441 North to address.
